MINI REVIEW

Seriously, you guys HAVE to read this!!!

I one-clicked this book last night and that was pretty much me kissing any ideas of an early night goodbye! Why? Because there was no way in hell I could set this book down once I started.

“No pictures. No specifics, no last name, no phone number. Nothing. I don’t want to know you, and I don’t want you to know me. We write together online, that’s it. I’m not looking for a new friend. I’m looking for a writing partner.”

This was what Matt was looking for when he met Hannah online. It was supposed to be easy, professional; nothing more. He didn't want real world ties. No pictures, no full names, no fun facts about one another, and certainly no personal questions.

Then the unexpected happens. Matt breaks his own rule and asks what Hannah is wearing; the event later causing him to disconnect from the internet. He stays away for a week before booting up his laptop again, and when he does, he finds an e-mail from Hannah’s personal account; one that includes a last name and her picture. This throws Matt off and he can’t help but find himself drawn to Hannah, wanting to talk to her more and more.

I could talk more about the book and where it goes from there, but I won’t. I began reading this book without too much information on it, and that was all a part of the fun. Not knowing what to expect.

Matt … oh, what can I say about Matt? He’s complex and is often an asshole. Really, even Hannah’s sister describes him as being “a liiittle bit of an asshole,” and that was only after having a two minute phone conversation with him! He can go from being happy and carefree one minute, to being closed off and shutting everyone out the next.

Hannah is someone that I absolutely loved. She has spunk and isn't afraid to speak her mind. She breaks down all of Matt’s defenses and makes him do things he normally wouldn't do. Makes him want things he usually doesn't think about.

As individuals I liked the characters, but when they got together? Oh my God, can you say HOT? This book definitely delivers on the scorching hot, erotic scenes, and for a bit I was worried that that was all this book was going to be. Amazing sex scenes blended together, not really going anywhere. But it wasn't. As the story continued to unravel, things started to happen. And let me tell you, it sure pulled on my heart strings.

This was a 5 star read for me - I enjoyed it THAT much! If you like amazing chemistry between characters and stories in which people have to overcome obstacles, then this book is for you. I do recommend you start reading this book at a decent hour though, so you’re not kept up all night because you refuse to put it down like I did!
