The three Diamond sisters survived the summer in style after coming to live with their long-lost billionaire father. But making a place for themselves at their exclusive new Las Vegas private school is throwing them any number of gold-plated curves. Savannah's YouTube stardom turns into a Sweet Sixteen reality show extravaganza—with complimentary enemies on the side. Dangerous flirtations don't keep Peyton from a gamble that will risk far more than she planned to bet. And when Courtney and the sisters' archenemy, Madison, uncover two explosive secrets, it will rock even this town of glittering illusion—and turn their lives upside down all over again.

Review:
Deliciously scandalous and full of shocking moments, Diamonds in the Rough is the type of book that keeps you up all night reading. I would know, because it happened to me!
When I first read The Secret Diamond Sisters, I came close to almost shutting the book forever several times. It was just hard to believe that a billionaire has three daughters that he's kept a secret for most of their lives. I didn't like two of the sisters at first either. Courtney was the only one I could relate to and I felt like she was the most mature out of the three. I liked Madison even though she was bitch; her character showed the most depth out of all the other characters combined which is why I liked her so much. I wanted to know her story and why we were getting her POV in the first place.
We have the youngest Diamond sister, Savannah, who I have grown to like a little bit more and more. She was a little too naive and popular hungry in the first book for my taste. But then again, what teenager isn't. I would have to say that her character has come a long way and I look forward to seeing her grow. Her story arc was definitely entertaining and kept me groaning in defeat when her chapter would end!

Courtney, the ever loving second sister, was just as perfect as always. If you remember the way the first book ended you'll know that Courtney and a certain somebody are forbidden to see each other. For obvious reasons to her family but in my opinion, I don't see anything wrong. She will be tested time and time again but a girl can only be so strong. Especially when it's her own family that is keeping very secret things from her.

Next we have Peyton, the oldest sister and the one who is searching for trouble no matter which way she turns. Whether it be with a certain guy or with someone she absolutely despises, there is no winning when it comes to wanting to protect her sisters as well as herself. I enjoyed reading the pages that involved Peyton, she's kind of vindictive and just a tad bit bitchy. But that's part of her charm, you either take it or leave it.
I think I may have a teensy bit of a girl crush over Madison. She's the ultimate queen bee of the school; every girl wants to be her and every guy wants her. I think Madow hit it out of the park when writing about the mean girl who shows us a side of herself the no one ever gets to see. Deep down inside Madison is broken but she doesn't want to show it for fear of seeming weak. She finds out some earth-shattering news that turns her whole world all the way around. These secrets are tearing her from the inside out and she can't tell anyone, not even the people it involves. The Diamond Sisters.
Overall, I think it's safe to say that the book has me hooked like no other. It's crucial to know what happens next and I know waiting for the next book is going to be excruciating. If your looking for a book that has drama, drama, drama, and more drama; this one is for you! It also has romance, crazy twists, and great character development.

The Secret Diamond Sisters
Savannah. Courtney. Peyton.

The three sisters grew up not knowing their father and not quite catching a break. But it looks like their luck is about to change when they find out the secret identity of their long-lost dad—a billionaire Las Vegas hotel owner who wants them to come live in a gorgeous penthouse hotel suite. Suddenly the Strip's most exclusive clubs are all-access, and with an unlimited credit card each, it should be easier than ever to fit right in. But in a town full of secrets and illusion, fitting in is nothing compared to finding out the truth about their past.
My mini review:
Well that was a pleasant surprise. I wasn't expecting much when I first started the book. I disliked most of the characters and wondered how I would get through the book with them.

But as I read on I found myself getting more and more engrossed. I even started liking some of the characters and rooting for them and their beaus.

The Secret Diamond Sisters is a mix between Gossip Girl and any reality tv show that involves bitchy girls and guys that are after only one thing. Three girls who are normal regular girls one day, then the next they're heiresses to one of the richest men in the country.

There's a lot of cattiness and asshole guys that I just can't fathom. Most of the guys seem in love with the bitchy girl, Madison. She's probably the most well rounded character in my opinion. Even if she is a jealous bitch.

If you're looking for a book that has drama and is a light read, this is for you.
