The Iron Traitor by Julie Kagawa- Review

Synopsis:
In the real world, when you vanish into thin air for a week, people tend to notice.

After his unexpected journey into the lands of the fey, Ethan Chase just wants to get back to normal. Well, as "normal" as you can be when you see faeries every day of your life. Suddenly the former loner with the bad reputation has someone to try for-his girlfriend, Kenzie. Never mind that he's forbidden to see her again.

But when your name is Ethan Chase and your sister is one of the most powerful faeries in the Nevernever, "normal" simply isn't to be. For Ethan's nephew, Keirran, is missing, and may be on the verge of doing something unthinkable in the name of saving his own love. Something that will fracture the human and faery worlds forever, and give rise to the dangerous fey known as the Forgotten. As Ethan's and Keirran's fates entwine and Keirran slips further into darkness, Ethan's next choice may decide the fate of them all.

Review:
WTH!!!!!!!

How could it end like that........

Do I seriously have to wait a WHOLE year for the next one?

It's no secret that I'm a huge Iron Fey fan. I've been hooked since the very first book. Even though I miss the original gang, I enjoy getting inside Ethan's head, he is so complex and interesting.

The Iron Traitor starts off where The Lost Prince left off. It's been a week since they have been back from all the drama involving the forgotten. Only problem is Keirran has gone missing and nobody knows where he is. Ethan, Kenzie, and Annwyl find themselves in another adventure where the stakes are high for the ones they love, and nothing is as it seems.

This is the type of book where I don't want to give too much away. The beginning was a little too slow for my taste but it quickly picks up. Ethan is such a strong lead character, very loyal and fearless.

I will have to warn you though, this ends in a humongous cliff hanger! I have a book hangover, it's that good!

For all you Iron Fey fans, you will not want to miss out in the next installment!! Amazing. Julie has done it again. And honestly I am not at all surprised.

Thank you via NetGalley and Harlequin Teen for providing me with a copy for an honest review.
